1) Change of Mind / Not Needed

We do not accept returns or refunds if you no longer need the product or have changed your mind after purchase. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.

2) Size & Measurement

All product measurements are provided in the description. Orders placed without considering measurements are not eligible for return.

We can arrange an exchange for a different size or model of equal value (subject to stock). All delivery charges for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

3) Quality Defects

If a manufacturing defect or transit damage is found, we offer an exchange or refund within 3–7 business days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Provide clear photos/videos for quick verification.
  • We cover return shipping for verified defective items.

5) How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@vironbd.com or our Facebook page.
  2. Share your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify and guide you through pickup/exchange or refund.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank processing times may vary.

Condition Requirements

Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all packaging, tags, and freebies (if any). We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

6) Delivery Charges

Exchanges: All delivery charges (both ways) are borne by the customer.

Defects: For verified defects, Viron BD covers return shipping.
